Gravitas Reserve Chardonnay

This Chardonnay rocks! If you are a fan of California Chardonnays, do not read any further. If you do...it may actually burn your tastebuds. This wine is for those that enjoy a straight-up, fruit driven Chardonnay. Do not get me wrong, this wine is fermented in oak, but it is so well integrated that it simply mixes in with the beautiful fruit core. Amazing tropical fruit mid-palate, and a long, dry citrusy finish. These guys are serious about everything. They do not produce a ton of wine, and with their "spare time" they also harvest organic Salmon, grow amazing looking truffles, and make some wonderful olive oils. I, personnally, have not had any of these, but hopefully with this write-up they will send me some. This is a must have.
